Let me help you to understand the song. 1. It's utterly tough to perform like this. 2. The lyrics are about an uncertain dream calling him to fly away, to follow the wind. It is about the young lad's soul, anticipation of happiness to come whatever it could be: spacecraft, astronaut, nuclear physician, love etc. 3. Late 80's were revolutionary for the Russians (soviets). Actually you can see here the prayer for god's help for bright future. For us it was really inspiring to drop the class fight in society, focus on own soul, search own happiness. That's it shortly.
