Merry Christmas Sujoy. After a long time I am making a comment though, I suppose , I never missed a single video of you. Prawn in Penang sauce might be a Malaysian dish since Penang is part of Malaysia. I once visited Penang and enjoyed their famous street food. So, I am a bit confused whether it is a Thai preparation. This restaurant is a new brand of specialty group of restaurants and I shall definitely visit one day. One more point, there is a subtle difference between shrimp and prawn, Nice video. Thanks. In terms of Bao I always prefer pork or pork chicken Bao. They are available in Tirette bazar Chinese breakfast market. And I often visit this place in the morning when I visit India. It is just 5 minutes walking from my house in Kolkata
