Maybe I’m a product of another generation: I’m not afraid of clowns. I had a beloved clown music box as a little kid. They make me nostalgic more than anything else.

There are so many types of clowns, for me I think clown puppets and toys are cute, especially if they have a more old school style. The stereotypical design of clowns that have orange puffy hair that sticks out the side and a big foam nose just look ugly to me, but I wouldn’t say I’m afraid of them :p

I’m the one who bought her ahhhh I love it, also if anyone wondering, her story is about love, gore and heartbreak. To keep it short she left her rich family behind because she fell in love with the ring master of jolly circus, so she left to join it. She became a clown, she could make anyone smile. But as time progressed the ring master became horrible and started to hurt smiley and the others. So she did what she had to do and get rid of him. Now she is the ringmaster and she promises to keep everyone safe at the circus no matter and if that means to get rid of people or to make sure nobody leaves the circus so be it. I love her to death and thank you again for making her for me.

I remember hearing about Grimaldi. I love your story telling, feel like I say that every video but it's true😂 I'm not afraid of clowns but I'm not a fan of them...except for this one she's a cutie! Also in the US there was a man named John Wayne Gacey, you might have heard of him. He was a rather popular clown that did kids parties, but turns out he was a very prolific serial k*ller.

Lol, your cats aren't scared of clowns. You are an amazing storyteller and stylist. My daughter is a party clown. A couple of weeks ago, she got so drunk at a party that I had to come pick her up afterward. He makeup was smudged all over her face and she actually went from cute to creepy. She quit drinking after that. She did a school party a couple of days ago and so many kids wanted the Twenty One Pilots symbol on their face. Clancy is huge right now in America. People are weird about clowns ....... Aside from online people insisting on their scariness ..... to me they are just performers that get to be more sincere than most of us regularly do, whether that is about comedic skits or deeply touching sad clowns ... maybe that's also me being primarily used to then in a travelling circus context rather than any others? Also watch the (annual) Monte Carlo Circus Festival if you can!! (The next one will be have its finale in the 26th of January 2025) They have amazing acts by all sorts of circus disciplines! (afaik the prizes from there being some of the highest honours out there for circus performers, so .. the caliber of performances is .. in accordance with that)

For me too =) I am not afraid of clowns, but I still acknowledge that some people have this fear. And that can be an answer =) You are familiar with things that other people are not that familiar with. And since in most cases, fear is about the unknown, you have no such fear =) I really wish to see it live, but unfortunately, I can't =) Btw first time hearing about them!

If you want a fun clown story, one of my favorite games is West of Loathing and the clown lore is great. The game is an rpg with mixed genres of wild west, fantasy, supernatural, and scifi. The main plot is about demon cows who came from hell to scour the earth. Clowns are a type of demon whose mortal enemies are demon cows. Rodeos were originally reenactments of clown and cow fights by humans. Over time, humans adopted the looks of demon clowns and made them their own, and "fake clowns" became the norm at circuses and carnivals. One of the locations in the game is a carnival ran by clowns. Over time you realize that these are not fake human clowns, but real demon clowns who came to fight the cows. You get in a lot of trouble when the clowns find out what you know, but you can team up with them against the cows. You know how real-life clowns paint their face makeup on eggs to trademark them? In the game, you find eggs like these, but the implication is that they are actual clown eggs that clowns hatch from. Anyway, West of Loathing is a really fun game, and other than the ridiculous demon clowns and cows, it's really fun and funny! I highly recommend it!
