From their outfits, it looks like these women work for the sponsors of the race. I'm guessing companies like energy drinks and alcohol, which usually sponsor events like this. Based on this video, the sponsors didn't allow these poor young ladies to take any at-will breaks. I'm not sure if they had any scheduled, but even three or four hours can be a long time to wait if one is hydrated.

@@lenorapalminteri1002 I agree, sometimes events like these can go on for 6 to 8 hours, with pre-race activities and the main event. It seems like there was some kind of miscommunication with the sponsors and race organizers in which no one thought of bathroom breaks. It's instances like this that cause me to often wonder what various employers' bathroom break policies are. I've seen some cashiers and repairmen over the years that really needed to go.

I agree! It always gives me weird feelings to witness an employee giving off signs that they may need a toilet break but aren't allowed to take one at will. I've seen this a couple of times with cashiers. When I'm in a store or a restaurant, I can't help but wonder if the staff are allowed to step away and leave the floor, or if they have to get permission.

About 15 minutes later, when the last car of the race had passed the start line, she was allowed to dash to the toilets. That was visible on the full TV coverage (Mexican TV 4) I once got the chance to watch a couple of years ago.

Mate everybody was literally desperate, they've been working hard standing there for like hour's with less to no breaks it seems like. Did they all get breaks or did that orange outfit girl who acted super desperate she got? it's so sad to see how women are treated, not just women even men sometimes are treated this way. People just use them to promote stuff without letting them have privileges. They are human and a human body can function only for a few hours without having the need to sleep, use the restroom, eat etc etc.

Possible due to circumstance.. she forgot to go pee before she began her duty, and it took only 1.5 hrs approx for the parade to end, started I think around 7pm, so near the end after 9pm she maybe hasn’t been for several hours, she does look really desperate ... holding it for a long time...
