The slicer can easily be lifted into and fixated in an angled position, so that the desk underneath the machine can completely be cleaned without always holding the handle of the lifting device. This way, only one person is needed to clean around and underneath the VSP.
► The cleaning indicator, as part of our newest innovation #SmarterSlicing, is a brand-new hygienic feature of the Bizerba slicers.
