easy, strengthen the punch-chain. calves, quads, hips, core rotation (abs, sides and lower back), laterals (upper back), pectorals, deltoids (shoulders), triceps, biceps, and forearms. almost the whole body, go figure, wonder when people will realize that you need to strengthen your entire body to punch hard instead of just bench pressing like their life depended on it lol

BJ looks like a classic case of a guy who's always been able to do things so well naturally that he's never really had to think about it. BJ is one of the best fghters on the planet, but for a coach give me an unathletic guys who has had to analyze every single miniscule detail to be proficient

ok i hear you, but how many mma guys do you know that can really box. I mean box on a real boxers level. I think BJ could hang with some of the best pure boxers out there. Freddie Roach said so himself. Alot of these MMA guys dont really have any boxing skills. Thats why you got guys like Floyd Mayweather always talkin shit.
