I heard this concert while sitting on the hill of the Glastonbury Tor. It was my birthday and at midnight there were fireworks... Very magical and trippy. One of my best memories ever. ❤

One of my favourite moments too. I came here looking for that track to post as an example of why bass heavy music sometimes utterly fails to translate when watching the videos back. The bass was utterly unhinged and incredible live, but totally tame by the time the beeb broadcasted it.

This is good but the one in paris is clearly better. It was recorded almost 2 years later and noticeably refined way beyond the glastonbury performance.. it's also the one that they intended to use, and did use, for the CD box set that was released with volta/ voltaic so I think that they definitely strived for it to be totally and completely on point, which it is! check it out. kzbin.info/www/bejne/jaCldY1vYq5ja9ksi=bntWI1sLU6g4X_rV
