I'm a DL fan but i think Faker Zed is way more complex and fast paced. The key highlight here is the amount of decision Faker had to make in the span of literally 5 seconds, especially in a game 5 of the 2013 LCK summer finals. People like to meme about why both Shen didn't ult but that play happened so fast i don't think neither Faker or Ryuu call their teammates to help. DL play is a masterclass display of talent too but people will never stop talking about that Zed play until League dies.

@@Quang1999 I love that Faker clip but its not "insane" insane tbh. First of all Faker didnt had any chance of escaping so no matter what he would try it. Secondly Ryu misplayed it really really bad, i mean like really bad. Im sure 95 times out of 100, Ryu would win that no matter how good Faker plays. And lastly that narrative makes that play 100 times better than it already is. Faker played that perfect, but he should lose it no matter what. I dont know about DL's play tho, i think there are many more outplays that we can give SSS tier. Yes he played that great but it was a teamfight not actually an outplay tbh.

@@afndcasd1288 sometimes doing nothing is the best option. when you are the carry and have so many enemy eyes on you, you have to be patient and wait for their cooldowns or safe moments to get in range. he played that dance between the lines perfectly. which is why he was pretty much untouched that whole fight and was able to dump his load when the enemy exhausted all options.

The peke play. The disrespect. The reason xPeke auto'd the krug is due to its healing, back in that patch. Talon had ignited + passive Peke and was guaranteed dead. He also kept track of where his ult shadows was. In an over-a-beer conversation with Cyanide, he recalled celebrating Peke living the pick, and Peke being thankful it worked out (he was, after all, just going to farm the krugs). Context Matters. I watched that game live, and I remember the talon was spreading terror all over the rift, It seemed like a done deal that any champ he found was going to be a kill. It felt way more impressive because how the game was going and it seemed impossible that anyone was going to take that 1v1 against talon and win. But again, it's been a while.. xD

I pretty much agree with his rankings though, actually. Doublelift was really patient in this clip. He holds back for so long around so many different engage tools (Taliyah wall, Gnar e and Ult) and maintains a strong position, killing minions when he can't reach champs. It's highly controlled with lots of decisions to make. Great play.

We hear the word Outplay and we think of mechanics clutch moves making the enemies question themselfs if they are worthy! and Yet compare decision making of an ADC that can be consider as a coinflip thingy anyways, like you always make decisions but if every decision is right then u just walk the enemies and thats what doublelift did and by the fight the fight reached at the Culling i believe every enemy saw their death coming cuz they failed to secure the resst kills faster! and then you get faker doing something that all of us needed to x0.25 speed to understand even as zed players cuz the ability to dodge even auto attacks isn't a subject in any School but Faker does that as well! Not Biased speaking but there is a gap , not even questioning!
