Mel vs Akali Mid - KR Master - Patch 15.S1.2 Season 15

I'm so sick of watching Mel stomp, I get it... she is overpower and needs to be balanced... you know what would be interesting? seeing her as the enemy, games where the POV struggles to survive the line and manages to find a way to beat her, I thought overwhemling her would be the way to beat her... but both Yasuo and Yone dissapointed me... is there a champion that can beat her? OMG or is it the only option is the perma ban?
