In this position Henry teaches some the basic concept of using your legs to control your opponent in closed guard. This possition is very powerful for Sport BJJ, No Gi Grappling, and Especially MMA.

This video is on of those that doesn't teach, as much as open peoples eyes. Does it make 100% perfect sense? YES, have I been doing it?? Nope! It's weird but this is exactly one of those "small details" that my purple belt friend/instructor keeps telling me about that the elite guys know, that maybe even a black belt might not know/be using. Love the video!

Weird. For me I get sound on the side control escape but no sound on Guard concepts and Passing. Obviously lots of great comments on passing so something must be wrong on my end...... :(
