This guy has poor details. Doesn't understand leverage. Hands should pull from as low as possible; like the waist, not the ribs. And head or shoulder push from as high as possible. Make the gap between the two as large as possible for greatest leverage. This guy is now basically just muscling his opponents down to ground. I guess all that steroid comes handy when you don't understand leverage.
