As a bigger guy this is the only way I'm going to be able to keep going. We have a new instructor who has a Judo background and it's LITERALLY a pain in my ass. This was helpful thank you, i like the way he teaches! I will make sure to do some noisy breakfall warm-ups every day 😄

This is awesome!!! Thank you! 2 months in and I’ve been struggling doing just the fall and now i just need to keep practicing how to stand up. And the side sweep was most fabulous. I still can’t do the neck one but 1.5 down … 1.5 more to go!

Very impressive demo e stations may I ask so you teach break falls right away white belts and is it part of the class warm up ? I’m gathering information my grandson started and I’m amazed at the techniques I like to find ways to introduce to him other versions as he’s already doing the side shoulder roll out he added it himself lol he has not been introduced yet . Your presentation is very clear and engaging thank you
