Uttarakhand Jyotish Peeth Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand says Pran Pratishtha of Ram Mandir will be done once it is complete by following all rituals and he will attend it. Earlier this year he had said that the Ayodhya Ram Temple is incomplete and hence he won't be able to join the inauguration event as it will go against the religious scriptures.

Pran Pratishtha should have been done under guidance of Shankaracharya. Modi's caste was not the problem. Modiji is head of a secular republic with no recognition of religion, unlike the kshatriya kings of yore who respected the Shankaracharyas. People who are playing OBC victim card for Modi, should understand that Modi became a kshatriya, after attaining power, but of a secular polity.

Im a shaivite from karnataka. To be honest even shaivites are happy about Ram Mandir. I have never even knew who this person was until ram pratishtan. These math gurus have done nothing to promote our shaivite culture or knowledge unlike the Vaishnavites(Iskon). I just happy about the Ram mandir. We have lot of shaivite maths in Karnataka and all were happy about the mandir.

@@sjnmhnit is finished. Not a big deal. The Ram Mandir is a Vaishnava shrine so no, the Shankaracharyas are not the authority. Ramabhadracharya is the authority for Rama, Shankaracharyas for Shiva. Hence, the other 3 have boycotted the ceremony but not commented much. They still acknowledge that at least Modi allowed it to get built unlike Congress. If I am not mistaken, even this one has clarified that Congress and liar Rahul Gandhi are worse. Also, the other 3 don’t get along with this Shankaracharya at all. The Puri Shankaracharya who is the main one called him a fake once.

Only a trained Brahmin priest and I emphasis the word trained and being a Brahmin (Brahmin as in noun meaning Brahmin by birth and adjective as Brahmin meaning Brahmin as quality , both has to be Brahmin ) can do proper Prana-pratisthaa. Modiji is not Brahmin by birth ; he might have Brahmin qualities but that is not enough and he is definitely not a trained priest by any sense . Proper rituals and proper customs have to be observed and followed up . In Hindu rituals and Yagnic traditions, and Yagnic processes , anybody can not do anything out of their whim . Everything has a proper way and proper methods to perform and proper way to observe and this is absolutely sacrosanct and shouldn’t be compromised with by any means or under any circumstances. Hindu mandirs are primarily sacred energy spaces -these energy spaces -the type of energy it emanates and transmits are extremely subtle, extremely intense and extremely powerful and extremely magnetic if it established by strictly following up and maintaining the procedures and processes of Agama Tantra (Agama Shashtra). The body of this energy is the temple itself and it’s garvagriha is the soul of the temple , the body .. I always try to think of both extremes. Imagine if bjp won, many would've given some credit to the Temple Inauguration. On exactly the same logic, now that bjp lost in ayodhya, the other side of the same statement also holds, that is, the fact that Bjp did not do as it expected, some part of the credit is due to the mismanagement during the Temple Inauguration.
