On Monday, Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi caused an uproar in the Lok Sabha with his remarks targeting the BJP, accusing those who call themselves Hindus of “only talking about violence, hatred, and lies.” PM Modi interrupted Gandhi's speech, stating that portraying the entire Hindu community as "violent" was a serious issue. Following the exchange, Union Home Minister Amit Shah demanded an apology from Rahul Gandhi.
