@justinc.2656 how is your laptop doing? How good is the battery life and cooling system? I'm thinking of buying that same model. So please if you could provide me references then I would be really greatful

wonderful and very detailed video. I have one question, will a Firefly 14 G10 with Core i5 13 gen processor support virtualization? Please guide.

How is it holding up ? Ordering the G11 models. Thanks Bernardo!

I’ve got the G10 Ryzen 7 model. It runs like a dream. I’d recommend looking to see if there are any clearance deals on the G10s as I don’t think there is a huge uplift in performance between G10 and G11. Apart from the CPU they are exactly the same device.

Hi. I hesitate bewteen to HP PC: - Spectre 2023 (i7 1355U, with oled, 32go ram, 2 to ssd) and the Zbook Firefly 14 G10 (Ryzen 7 PRO 7840HS, 32 Go RAM, Disque SSD NVMe™ PCIe® 512 Go, AMD Radeon™ 780M). I am looking for very goody screen, speakers, easy to transport, good battery life and to keep for years. Which one would you recommand me for the same price? Or another model? Thank you very much

Good review - thanks. I'm thinking about getting the model with the AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS (no discrete GPU)...

Hi; did you get that model? What do you think about it? Thx

@@maximer1017 No, I did not. I placed an order for a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 (14 inch with the Ryzen 7 7840S), but it was delayed for 2 months, and then cancelled. I'm still in the market, still looking. I'm now tossing up between the HP EliteBook 845 gen 10 or EliteBook 865 gen 10 (both with the Ryzen 7 7840u). I prefer the lower resolution screens on the HPs, and like the way memory, RAM and M2 drives are all user-replaceable.

@@maximer1017 Not sure what the battery life will be like with the 7840HS chip, it will draw more power than the 7840u. Would be great performance though. It's also difficult to get a non-MacBook laptop with good speakers. It sounds like something like the Yoga Slim 7 might fit your requirements. All depends on what you're going to be using it for, and how much power you need. If you get something with soldered RAM, I would recommend 32GB (as a minimum, because the integrated AMD GPU can swallow up to 8GB of your RAM on some machines). Personally, I'm just interested in AMD laptops, I haven't even considered Intel options.

Hey Bernardo could you please compare a Firefly with a Zbook Power? ❤

Two very different animals. Power series is more toward Graphics and CAD workstation side of things. Its more chunky because it has the heat generating hardware and needs more ventilation. Firefly is a slightly evolved from Elitebook series but not exactly or completely into the Workstation world.

the battery capacity is honestly disappointing, the Elitebook G10 does over 20 hours, while this thing with its nutered i5 with just 2 p cores only manages 6

...to be honest, 100°F is not really much when our own body has ~97°F. 😉
