Probably better to just remake it completely..or just buy one of several different types of chisel knives/ utility chisels that have a very similar blade geometry as the bk3..its just a chisel with a edge added length wise..which the utility chisels have..of course the bk3 probably has the better handle profile..so either choice would require some extra work..still a interesting video..don't think many guys would bother investing so much work in a substandard product..hopefully it works out..Cheers..

I agree 💯 K bar got a little cheap on this one. If you’re gonna make something and say it’s indestructible it better be indestructible for one that skeletonize handles are no good for 2 JoeX snapped the blade right in half not really doing that much they added vanadium to 1095 and chromium both Would probably make 1095 even more brittle than what it already is I don’t get what they’re doing.

Should just have made a new one . 8670 at 61 hrc would be much tougher. And yeah stupid handle design to say it easy. Also waaaaay to thick as you say.
