Bkassine is a village in south Lebanon located 70 km off the city of Beirut. Bkassine offers an amazing view of the exuberant nature of Wadi Jezzine, surrounded by the largest and one of the most beautiful pine forests in the Middle-East.
Every year in September, Bkassine is a festive village where visitors come to celebrate Saint Takla, in a church considered as one of the most beautiful churches in Lebanon.
The village received a National Institute for Heritage award. The village includes a square, small souk, and houses adorned with distinctive red tiles.
La Maison de la Forêt is a communal eco-touristic site within Bkassine’s pine forest,
offering a great escape for people looking to enjoy fresh air and to break away from their daily routine.
From exciting outdoor adventure, through quality food and rustic accommodations,

I just watched it, thank you for this good work. But most of the places seen (the old village, st peter and paul's church, and the wood bridge) in the video are located in kleiaat not kfardebian. Kleiaatis used to live there before.

لبنان أجمل بلد في الشرق الأوسط، و هناك تشابه كبير بين قراه و بين القرى في بعض مناطق بلادي الجزائر،إلا أنه يبدو أن أغلب الخضرة في لبنان ناتج عن خضرة أعالي الأشجار و لا نرى من العشب على الأرض إلا القليل و لعل التصوير هنا في الفصل غير المناسب له،بينما في بلادي الخضرة ناتجة من الأشجار و المساحات الكبيرة من الأراضي المخضرة و الكثيفة الأعشاب، و لا أعني بالمقارنة التفضيل، بل هي مجرد ملاحظة و لا تنقص شيئا من جمال لبنان الذي قرأت عنه أولا في مؤلفات كبار الكتاب اللبنانيين كميخائيل نعيمة و جبران و أمين نخلة و أمين الريحاني في كتابه قلب لبنان، و الشعراء إيليا أبي ماضي و نسيب عريضة حتى شوّقوني لزيارته، و منهم تعلمت العربية التي أكتب بها الآن مع أني لست من العرب، ثم جاء اليوتوب فصرت أشاهد جماله الساحر بالصور بعد أن كنت أشاهده بالكلمات، و شتان بين الوسيلتين مهما أوتي الأدباء و الشعراء من الملكة الأدبية فأنا الآن مدمن على مشاهدة مناظر لبنان الخلابة
