Where boxers will always have advantages over MMA or BK guys: 1.) Lateral movement 2.) Stamina 3.) Striking speed, power, and accuracy 4.) Recovery from a strike 5.) Ability to make someone miss and counter Because those are all things a boxer trains in religiously. Even though Trout was only an "okay" boxer and is now well past his prime, he will do just fine against other guys trying to punch with him. A lot of people think boxers only throw punches, or that big padded gloves are somehow "easier" to take a punch from than bare knuckles. Simply isn't true. While bare knuckles are more likely to result in cuts, a gloved fist is more likely to ring someone's bell and KO them with how the power is dispersed.

Lefty Trout was way too much for Diego. Love to Diego. He's always been a warrior. Trout has some mad striking skills. He's legit.

He applied his boxing training to bare knuckle boxing. Boxing is an art of boxers just applied their training to this sport it would be a xake walk for boxers

Anyone else like me, every time they said Trout all i heard was Stout. Old timers will remember Sam Stout, that dude was a scraper

1of my favourite all time fighters, the nightmare sanchez, He did not disappoint me here, obviously not as fast and ferocious as he used to be way back in the day but still got that vitality and warrior spirit. He's always been in my top 5 all time favourite fighters Sakuraba, Sanchez, Crazy horse, Bas, Rampage.

This is interesting fight. A boxer vs a MMA fighter. Went the way I thought it would. Diego never really been a good boxer though.
@jayluis1899 ай бұрын
MMA Fighter is a Vague Term. There's MMA fighters who are strikers or grapplers or well rounded. IN THIS CASE, Diego was primarily a GRAPPLER. He had below average striking. So you don't know anything about MMA/UFC, apparently.

What truly amazes me is the ability for ybese mma guys to figjt by totally different rules and not fall into muscle memory techniches. Diego was the king of ground and pound, now doesn't even shoot when clipped. Truly awesome.

Boxing dominating MMA in... boxing. Duh! Like Rogan said about the Connor vs. Gayfeather, that Connor has a chance, but if it were MMA he'd bet his house for Connor. And, on the streets MMA rules.

When bkfc first came out, it was ridiculed and everyone expected it to go defunct after a few shows. What they’ve done/are doing is amazing. This is a great sport. I believe they have a great product that will continue to grow bigger for years to come. The owner is a savage too.
