I pulled this up because I knew Prince had this country song, ( released in 2012). Beyonce just released country song “Texas hold um.” Nice try Bey. However, Prince’s song has a great storyline, with great music he wrote, and a video he also made with all his clothes on- 😂, sporting a sexy low cut Afro. Prince, old or young; alive or not, … you still the best. Thank you GOD for Prince , RIP funky music god.❤🙏🏾

@CVDwise, I watched Prince performance of this song on Jimmy Kimmel in 2012, it was great, he is and will always be one of the greatest performer's to me, but you also say nice try about Beyonces Texas hold em....it was more than just a nice try it has made number one on the music charts already....rock and roll love affair never did that or even came close.

I agree. I'm still not a Beyonce fan because I don't think she sings well. (performs well like Cher, Madona, and Brittney). I love the first too but I like the other.) People like her because of how naked she can get. She can't write songs well either. Look at Prince, he wrote a whole new song over an old beat. The song beat is "Take Me With You." I wouldn't call it a country song but it was better than Beyonce. I feel she tries to be someone she is not; a woman of the streets. She is not from the hood. That's Jay-Z; not her. Stop it; be you. You had 2 parents in your life; others did not. Be you. The hood life is more than nudity.
