Yes sister shivani, our minds became complicated usually due to the stigma but the important thing is ! we should learn to create the response of high vibrational energy ie the simplicity. The first step is the emotional with draw ie the conscious checking of the thoughts. Mind will play all sorts of games and manipulations not with the others but with our own self at this moment we have to hold our mind back consciously by creating the thoughts that cancel complex thoughts.
