@@Divinepowerfulsoul It depends from person to person. It depends on our will power. In a way it depends on our willingness to change ourselves. I cannot say any definite time period within which I got results. It has been a continuous journey of learning and experimenting. It's been about 4 to 5 years since I started practicing. And now I can say I see miracles happening almost everyday in my own life and my family life.

Gnyanam, dhyanam, karmaphalathyagam -- Bhagavad-Gita. Yes Didi, it really works. I tried it and my soul has become peaceful. Every day before going to bed meditation to close karmic accounts and morning meditation to start a vibrant day. It doesn't mean that I don't come across problems or troubles, they do, but they don't disturb me.
