Okay y is nobody talking about what the dad is going threw?!??? Luke the man had his son run away then watched his sons lover get hit by a car then gets blamed by his son that it was his fault just to feel sad about his and his sons past and then watches a child start to have a stroke (?) Then befriends the child's father and then finds out his wife isn't dead and had another son who is also the reason his wife ran away. The man has been threw a lot.

Well no one in one ep the doctor/nurse said that if the operation doesnt go well theyll have to transfer mataeos heart to him but the operation went well so hope this helps! :)
