They all can speak English, but if I had to choose who is stand out from the crowd, I would choose Phuwin and Bible. Firstly, I like their accent, they don't speak English with Thai accent. Secondly, they have rich vocabulary so they can express their ideas very well. I also like Jeff's accent but after watching a few of his English interviews, I realize he is kind of repeating his words, I feel like he cannot express his thoughts and ideas well in English. Somehow I see myself in him, with limited vocabulary, it's kinda hard to communicate your thought/feeling/opinion accurately.

I've got a question for the Thai people here. Are you guys taught English as a compulsory subject in either High school or university? Because from most of the series I've watched so far, when it comes to how eloquent most of the actors are in speaking the language, well with just a few exceptions like phuwin, it's that bad.
