They really started off like salt and pepper. At the ending they became bee and honey. I like this story. It was a lots of joy, sharing, caring but mostly lots of challenges and supporting of each other. 👍👏🌟💙

Love this series. Never a dull moment. And this proves that a BL series can be touching and effective even without kissing o skin shots. The chemistry between the two leads is over the roof! Also, love the cinematography and camera shots/angles. Even the product placements are done tastefully. Joseph Wen looks like Krist of SOTUS, and Xia Zhi Yuan is a dead ringer for Ali King of BOYS’ LOCKDOWN. There are quiet moments in the series when I was moved to tears, proving that you don’t need melodramatic scenes to achieve that effect. Despite the censorship issues this country is moving in the right direction as far as telling a good story in this genre.

You have reason but kissing, have sex or other intimate actions are normal activities in real life when you have a partner (or whatever) so it makes sense that movies and dramas have that kind of scenes. I like fictional stories be similar to reality.

I'm surprised to hear that you seem to love BL drama but avoid "any kissing scenes" between the two main characters. I don't get this conflicting idea, I'm afraid. At best, I get some people who prefer more indirect development of a romantic relationship, but not to the extent of avoiding "kissing scenes". Do you feel the same for heterosexual drama where a man kisses a woman?

@@charmedcharmed3511 I wanted them to kiss but it's a CHINESE BL after all. So we can't ignore their chemistry because of lacking physical romance right? At least the Fujoshi in me will never do that. I also like bl couple having physical contact and skinship too that makes their story more connected to their relationship and people too. But in some bls like Korean and Chinese we can't see that(even a kissing scene is unexpected) but we can't ignore them for that. If you like only bl couple having skinship just watch Taiwanese, Thai and other bls where that is easily available. At first I also thought like you but sometimes it lacks but doesn't matter.

simple, lighthearted, no angst, fluffy and very very cute, with good acting and no-nonsense story and setting... no need for kisses and cringey confessions scenes to show that they love each other... i love chinese bl so much hahahah😊
