The Hmoob leeg delict is so soft spoken and touches the heart . Someone told me if I was mad at them to lecture them in hmoob leeg so it wouldn’t hurt them as much .. I laughed .. I’m green and speak both very well .

I love when the parents are speaking. Hmong weddings are so emotional but so meaningful.

I keep coming back to this video to listen to the words of endearment, especially from Bla's mom. Her words are timeless. My heart aches with sadness of separation between parent & child but it also rejoices with a hope of new beginnings. To Kao Her: thank you for capturing a lifetime of precious moments. Bytheway, how can I get the background song instrumental?

It's even more sadder if she was the only daughter in the family. In this life mom will never have her daughter for the rest of her life. I've walked in the feminine shoe. Mom only raised her daughter to certain ages and she would have to let her go.

In a Hmong family, daughters will have to leave their parents but that doesn’t mean daughters will never see their mother again. Mother will always be home even if daughters were away far from them

Look like faces of Hmong in Merced. The mother look like the lady working at Smart Save. The short guy in suit speaking is the one doing translating at the hospital.
