Very true, but Mngo's timing was crucial. Mngo was aware of the overrun a day prior. He should have notified all parties the afternoon or evening before, allowing them to use their discretion. This lack of foresight is unprofessional, regardless of the circumstances. For instance, would one prefer to learn of a flight cancellation 30 minutes before departure, having already arrived at the airport, or the day before when priorities can be rearranged?

BLA is quite and never call them to order, but mere example is the issue of Mr. Mjiyako who they ridicule so much in this case yet he is a fellow professional, to an extent of denying his existent, when that is proven by the state with a charge sheet, they change the tune. This Judge told defense Lawyer that he ddnt attend a certain university. He also told another defense lawyer that English is a problem with her. Accused didn't sleep for more than 35 hours and he was taken to confess. IO said a police car 🚗 is a safest place to sleep in. So called confession was admitted. Shuuu😮. This case is a painful comedy. Accused had, allegedly everything, no mandate with lawyer that he had, lawyer was given to him 😭😔.
