Alex did more damage round 3 with his jab and leg kicks and damage trumps everything even takedowns. Alex rounds 2-3 should be clear respectfully. It’s even more impressive he was 4 months out of getting knocked out cold he was able to go in there and have a decent performance in a fight a lot of people thought he’d lose.

@vns_3dits257 Exactly, stop watching this highlight and watch the full fight on Fightpass. Jan landed more and cleaner strikes ON THE FEET in the 3rd round. The fact that Jan looked super tired has nothing to do with the scoring, despite people basing on that body language like that had anything to do with scoring or with winning/losing. He used Pereira's head as a pinball game, in that 3rd round, snapping it back with combos; the takedown in the 3rd round meant nothing
