Hi @Coco West, thanks for asking. You can only use one filter at a time. SPONGE filter for WET vacuuming and HEPA filter for DRY. When picking up small amount of liquid HEPA filter may be left in place. For large amount of liquids remove the HEPA and use the SPONGE filter. Less maintenance, it can hold a lot before requires cleaning. The cons- it's hard to find replacement bag specially pag naluma na ang model. Plus the cost of replacing the bag. Hope this helps 👍

Hi @Camila Quiroga Lacioppa. Nope, It will blow dust back into your room. However, you can use it without the bag, though it’s recommended that you don’t. Hi @Atul Chauhan. Thanks for asking. It is normal, suction and blower works at the same time. Just make sure to install the correct filter before using it. HEPA filter for dry (with dust bag installed) and Sponge filter (without dust bag) for wet vacuuming. Hope this helps. Yes, the dustbag is also washable. Hi, no issues at all. Pwede sa sobrang alikabok at pudpod na semento basta iwasan lang ang sharp objects.
