When we consider the rates of police on Black violence and murder, Black rates of imprisonment, and prison labor in general in America today, is this old Soviet portrayal of the USA not as true today as it was generations ago?

Well you have point. But it doesn't help with how hypocritical the Soviets were considering the discrimiantion of people in their occupied territories, and how often Stalin removed indigenous populations from their homes bc of this redistribution "plan"

By a poem of Vladimir Mayakovsky "Black and White". Full version of animation was lost in early 40-s. What you see here - is all, what save after war. Some of fragments you can find at "Soviet animation Propaganda, part 1".

Tv in the '30s?? No. Shorts were played at film theatres before the main movie.

fun fact the Russians liked blacks immigrants more than white immigrants because they could relate to their struggle in a way.
