A look into the past.When Magazines and Periodicals like this were the cream of the crop. What I like about these publications is that you can then use the internet to research events of not that long ago that are fading from memory with the passing of each generation. When you read them you realise of course that human nature does not change ,only technology. Enjoy.
Ps. I mention some pictures of the missing balloonist expedition by Andree which I looked up on the internet.I found the movie " The flight of the Eagle" which tells the tragic story.
