حسن نثار صاحب ایک تو عمران خان پر اللہ پاک کا کرم ھے کیونکہ اسکی نیت صاف ھے دوسرا لوگوں کو عمران خان سے امید تھی وہ سب کچھ مفت بانٹے گا وہ نہیں ھوا تو اسکا گراف نیچے چلا گیا، لیکن عوام اس امید سے تھی ان لٹیروں سے کچھ وصول کیا جائے گا مگر کچھ نہ ھونے دیا گیا، جب ایک شخص پیسہ وصولی بغیر انھیں پھر ھم پر مسلط کیا گیا، پھر آتے ھی انہوں نے عوام سے عمران خان کا ساتھ دینے پر بدلہ لینا شروع کر دیا، عوام کی آنکھیں کھلیں، عمران خان تو ملک اور عوام کے لئے بہت کچھ کر رھا تھا انہوں نے آکر ماسوائے اپنے عوام کے لئے کچھ نہیں کیا،بلکہ ستیاناس کر دیا ،تو عوام کو عمران خان کی یاد ستانے لگی. اسلئے ان کا گراف اوپر جانے لگا. پاکستان کا سب سے بہتر اور مخلص لیڈر عمران جان ھی ھے.

Re Newscaster fired for quoting Snoop Dogg's "nizzle": Can we make folks: unintentional mistakes TEACHABLE MOMENTS? Although Barbie should figure out what her words mean before speaking on air which can be interpreted as representing the views of her employers, firing her feels too extreme a response. A reprimand, followed by her being given air time to make this a "teachable moment". I figured out to hear the "izzle" parts analogously to the way written words will often insert symbols to replace the actual letters to pre-censor controversial content while still getting the point across. Ex: "Fo' sh*****, my n*****". As far as her "intent", some "reckless disregard for the truth" & "accidents" are too heinous to require proof if intent before consequences befall the perpetrator, but this (I believe) does not reach that level. Careless, yes. Reckless, maybe. Heinous, no. Odds are that she was clueless & intending a respectful "nod" to Snoop Dog, and likely those familiar with his work. This is the opposite of exclusion & divisive instigation of hatred. Furthermore, I believe she was attempting to reaffirm inclusion of those her quote "spoke to" re membership in her diverse audience ... as well as hoping she would feel more relatable & thus welcome into those viewers' day-to-day lives. I feel it important to note that firing a culturally marginalized employee (female who is middle aged) makes her being fired an even more disproportionate punishment. So much so, that I question whether that was her employers' primary goal (to replace her with a younger/ more attractive newscaster!)!?! Question: Is denouncing her [unintentional] racist remark enabling sexist age-ism [replacing her]? ... Idk
