Indigenous people*, come on guys... unreal. But yes, hockey and lacrosse are Indigenous sports. Lacrosse was played by the Iriquois sometimes as an alternative to war. Hockey as a concept is Indigenous but it became very whitewashed at some point because not everyone had access to the modern equipment.
