What tool were you using in the beginning shaping the foam? Not the dremel the tool before that one

It’s called ruffer … it’s a pretty aggressive hand tool for roughening the foam surface that you can buy from McKenzie supply.

which clay do you use for detailing eye sockets and highlighting other face muscles. is it simple water clay.

Yup. The regular potters clay. Different colours.
