1. A BJJ black belt that does his jogging ? Wow. Why we never view other black belts jog ? How long and length do you jog. 2. 170 vs 190. Lot of BJJers make this distinction and I wonder why. If your game would have been centered about pressure passing ala Fabio Gurgel or Murilo Santana, yes that 20 lbs might do it, maybe. But I thing lot of people mistakenly translate wrong the weight advantage. I boxed 25 years. Believe me, I was 200 and sparring 160 or 180 never really made a difference as the 160 could muster up enough power to knock me down. But each time I sparred a 220 and heavier, I felt the weight transfert and the inside battles harder. In BJJ, if Ricco Rodriguez uses a heavy pressure passing system to face Marcelo, then we could say that huge weight gap, would have been a factor. But it was never the case. Marcelo nullified that gap, as does most upperbelts vs other lower to upperbelt in grappling. Strangely, a 200 vs a 220 who knows where to put his weight is goig to make the weight gap an important factor, as oppose to a 160 vs 180. Cant explain why.

When he defends the arm triangle. Slide his arm at the wrist over the top of his head across his face, turn your body clockwise and use your chest on the back of his tricep while squeezing on the far side. There's like some weird bravo action there. Alternatively when you slide the arm across his face at the wrist the arm is kind of dangling in the air there for some arm lock attack of your choice. It may be a lot easier then you think on some opponents to get that wrist over the top of their head.

loving the podcast so far. I've listened to all of the episodes released. I gotta say though, it's a little dry sounding. you should add some sort of intro and outro sound(probably the same sound) and maybe some effects to mark when certain segments of the show that you consistently do are starting. Amazing content in the podcasts it's just hard to keep concentration with nothing but male voices to bring you in(much live but you and Joey are a bit monotone). we appreciate everything you guys do, and I figured you'd appreciate some constructive criticism.
