I love Black Books so much that I bought the boxset and when I lent it to someone who never returned it I bought another. The wine one is hilarious, and the piano one and Summer girl and..... well all of them really. When Manny goes to work for Simon Pegg....oh I think I will bingewatch them tonight again.

I had the Little Book of Calm. I've still got it somewhere. It started a vogue for tiny books which lasted about a year. Popular with card shops and record stores as well as book shops.

Not quite, Father Ted was written by Graham Linehan and Arthur Mathews and while the first series of Black Books was co-written by Dylan Moran and Graham Linehan it seems they didn't get on and Linehan had no involvement in the second and third series which were written by Dylan Moran, Kevin Cecil & Andy Riley (though Arthur Mathews did co-write an episode in series two).

Black books is awesome . I lived in winnipeg for a year and some in 1976 / 78 and recall your winters are cold and full of snow so you may need another great comedy to see you some of the way through . As far as i am aware it has not been reacted too on youtube or anywhere for that matter . It's called Green Wing (set in a hospital) . so it's a chance to be first at a reaction . FECK OFF
