To get on your oppressor, hold a weapon then get on. Took me forever to figure it out

I just did that same tug boat prep and had the same problem getting on the mk2, but eventually it let me on. I tried for what seemed like a year or two, was probably less than one minute tho

Has anybody else seen this new fast travel in the game where you go into your basement garage and then you go to the exit door and it gives you the option to go all the way to the airport and back for some reason what's up with that
