My camera powers off after 30 seconds and everything is plugged in and car is running. It just shuts off like it might not be getting juice. I check everything to see if they are plugged in good.

I am using my camera every day. I never have this issue. What I can guess is that the power cable connected to the car's power socket may have loosened or not inserted properly. You can try pressing long on the power button of the camera.

I haven't conected mine yet. You may try connecting to reverse light but I am not 100% sure whether it works or not.

When your camera has power, press horizontal steel button below the cabin camera. Check top right corner of the main screen where you will see your face clear. Press again it should be dark and you will not see your face.

In order to connect with a phone, this dash camera must have bluetooth or wifi features. unfortunately, it doesn't have these features.

Hello, Please my black box dashcam is not recording. I noticed it does not even have loop recording under the menu. I have formatted the memory card, still not recording. I need help please.

There is no loop recording under the menu. The video recording must start as soon as you turn on the camera and the loop recording is automatic process. Please check on the top left corner of the screen for video camera and red timing movement. If it doesn't record automatically press OK button. If it doesn't record after pressing OK button, your camera may be faulty.

@lemtamuofficial I think the camera maybe faulty, because I have tried everything you suggested prior to my earlier compliant, and it's still not recording. On the top left corner, the video counter is always on 0.00 I will have to return it and request for a refund as it seems to be a factory fault.

As long as your camera has power it must be recording. If your power cable is not properly inserted to power socket, it might turn off. I shall make another video to address this issue.

No hablo inglés mucho, Pero si entendí las funciones de la cámara. Ayer la compre y es genial. Te doy un consejo, Tienes que conectar la cámara trasera a las luces del stop para que se pueda ver en la pantalla cuando haves reversa. Ojalá tu si hables español y me puedas leer. Saludos 👍

Puedes ver las 3 cámaras a la vez o cambiar a una o 2. Cuando activas pantalla de atrás y de enfrente Te graba esas 2. En la pantalla las cámaras que veas es la que va a grabar.
