If Ciel would die right before him, then at first our dear Bassy would be really angry I guess. But more also: Sebastian got fascinated by Ciel (maybe "just" because he didn't taught HUMANS would ever handle things like this?). So I think he would try to find someone like Ciel, and then realize, that there wasn't someone like him. So he'd end up in grudge. ... But maybe he'd also try to bring him back from the dead or sth. ... PS. I would't kill you for something like this. ;D I like those kinda questions and I'm really interestet in others opinions.
