Ngl I did cry when the trailer came out. It’s my childhood anime and, as stupid as it sounds, I wouldn’t be me if I’ve never watched it. It got me into historical fashion and period films and all that stuff and I owe it all up to black butler. I still remember one Book of Atlantic came out so, rest assured I’m hyped for this next season. I hope they add Edward‘s Ark in there because I had the huge crush on him in high school.

I knew they were going to release a new season or something, because (although with huge year gaps) Kuroshitsuji has been consistently adaptaded + some fillers, so I never really thought they _weren't_ going to release another. Also, A1 (the studio responsible for pretty much all of Kuroshitsuji content until the movie) has stated (I won't find the link, but I read about it) that they had interest in doing more seasons. The news got me thrilling, but not really surprised!
