To answer why Asta seems to be born to use the anti-magic, its because he is. Tabita has a running theme of fate in Black Clover. Which is why the elves reincarnated during this time period, why Licht met Tetia and Lumiere, and why Yami just happened to wash up in the Clover Kingdom.

asta is the only person we know of that has zero magic, there are people with NEAR zero but nobody like asta. there would also be no point in asta having magic since his anti magic would drain it all away. or at the very least he can't fight with both at the same time.

I don't think the reincarnations of the elves are only based on the soul being attached. Before that happens , they have similar mana and look the same as their elf counterparts. So that could also be what licht picked up on meeting yuno. In a "If my son survived it would have felt like this spiritual type of vibe". Or the soul is a fetus still🤷🏾‍♂️

Asta uses a 5 leaf clover which is a grimoire possessed by a devil and uses licht’s swords. So it is self explanatory but most shounens have the protagonist be someone special like naruto and ichigo from bleach. They seem ordinary and weak random people but as the story progresses you find out they are someone special in actuality. Black clover isn’t like that so far in 118 episodes asta is a nobody who uses someone else’s grimoire that has been cursed that’s it

Looks like they're still not realizing that Yuno is "possessed" by Licht's unborn baby, cuz he's the reincarnation of that child. Which was part of the theory I had about Asta and Yuno both being the reincarnations of Licht and Tetia's twins and the devil in Asta's book being the missing part of Licht's soul. Lets be honest Tetia's baby bump was waaaay to big for someone that still had a few months left to go before the due date (and the show specifically said a few months in that flashback).
