I think that would be a little impossible cause in the BC anime noel didnt really had a reason on bevoming strong because no one was there to support her but when she came to the black bulls she became strong cause all of them supported her, BUT in this AU she have Izuku who is supporting her so i think after the timeskip/1 year training she will be able to control her magic😅
