Wow! I like this big hoss! I bet those 7AMPs/800 rpm are mighty. I've been using the 6amp DR340 Type 1 since 2012 (it's been a real workhorse). In Jan. 2022, I upgraded to the 7amp DR560 Type 1 from an Ace Hardware sale. Love these B&Ds teardowns. Great review, Ty.

I've mixed 1000s of batches of plaster, green top mud and mortar with that exact drill model. They only burn out when you make the novice the "mix man". Thanks for the video

Just as Gypsy did, I mixed a lot of mud with a 1/2” drill. This fella cat max is extremely knowledgeable about tools!

Currently replacing control group on an earlier model, but with the newer model's controller (only replacement part available). Thanks for the close-up (16:00) showing where the wires connect, you saved the day!
