I just realize that the quest is to find the letter, not for kill the fogan. As the quest giver told us that fogans are not interested in the letter. We just need to find the place whre the letter dropped🤣 just search the spot that shown the sign to investigate. Then click🤣 thats why how much fogan i kills these quest never done🤣 the location is at 5:40🤣
