yes, it's a bug, and it should be fixed. 🤔

Nope is not, but is a OverPower Burn dmg because igneous have longer burn dmg than second wind invincble that why its always broke Totem, its applied to Sura and Kunoichi with Bleed dmg to

For more example u can see when that Igneous hit Sura, Sura can walk for few sec before melt,
