rockentry Thanks for your support man! I'll be getting a review of the Scarpa Chimera's out shortly which I just picked up. Until then, I really dig the La Sportiva Skwama. I've had them for nearly a year now and they've done everything from Bouldering in Font to Trad in the US. Slab, roof, and overhang and they performed well on everything I threw at them.

I know this video is 4 years old, but I believe point about metolius having overly-flexible stems mostly had to do with the previous version of the master cam (non-ultra light with the thumb loop) they stiffened up the new version, thus why you wouldn't have this complaint
