Black Doom's idea of a family reunion is to invade a planet, order Shadow to bring him the Chaos Emeralds without saying why or explaining who he is, gets angry if Shadow simply collects 2 Chaos Emeralds (exactly what Black Doom ordered him to do 20 minutes earlier) without completing the Dark Mission first (even though Shadow has no idea on who he is), and, after paralyzing Shadow, tries to force him to eat spores.
