I went to Target on Black Friday. They only had once little kiosk in the back for movies and one more by the registers that was it. I remember when they had movies on display all around the front of the store and multiple shelves in the back. They've really been downsizing. Super disappointing. I remember going to a two-story Target in downtown Seattle and coming out with at least a dozen new DVDs for a little over $100. I miss those days. I should've gone to Best Buy this year, but I was already there a lot last month anyway.

Honestly I’ll tell you this: we are going through a revolution. 10 years ago going to the stores to get deals were special experiences on Black Friday. Now: you can get deals just by chilling at home by ordering online on Amazon. Things really do change in life

I accidentally showed up at Walmart on the week they had their sale. Otherwise I would've been shit out of luck. On Black Friday I got 5 Blu rays for 5.99 each and the Bionic Woman complete series for 13.99 on DVD at Best Buy. Then I went to a local Record Store where they had their 1$ records on sale for 10¢ each so I definitely took advantage of that! I agree that the crowds have gotten smaller, mostly cause of the pandemic I suspect. However, crowds make me anxious so I felt a lot better not seeing globs of people everywhere I turned this Friday.

Yeah! Walmart started Black Friday deals earlier. I got the Snyder Cut in 4K from $29.99 to $9.96. Bought it online and picked it up at Walmart.

I had this same experience Black Friday hunting. I think Black Friday as we knew it is dead, not just for movies but in general. It just wasn’t fun,the energy wasn’t there in stores. I waited til Black Friday for the fun of it and didn’t find much either. Thankfully I did participate in Amazon’s sale....

I picked up many things this year, but it was mostly before black Friday. Even more unfortunate, it was mostly online. I picked up around 20 movies this year and 3 in-store from target. Great video! for a iphone video it looks really Impressive (had no idea i rarely use my Iphone for pics & videos except at work when need be) Black Friday is being expanded to a week or two prior to Thanksgiving got awesome deals on lots of 4k releases a week prior to the Holiday week (Online is the best bet just because don’t have to deal with the insane crowds! The one time i actually went out on a black Friday was 2000/2001 it was a nightmare (i was stuck in around traffic a good 3hrs on that day) Never again plus back then places like Best Buy & Circuit City only had limited stock (At least now regular sales items are actually easy to get

Best Buy and Walmart both struck out here in California. I just went on Ebay and bought The Martian with the Deadpool photobomb slipcover and a sealed copy of The Hangover with the slipcover. It's sad how physical copies are slowly just disappearing in stores.
