One of the main issues of the launch day for me the consumer was it was absolutely annoying was each product colour was a seperate webpage essentially. To go back to another colour I had to reload the page. That is a website technicality that I found extremely annoying

Cant understand why people don't give your Ark leggings more love. They are smashing i can do yoga, spin, kettle bells, HITT or just wear them casually. They are amazing, squat proof. Don't get my wrong I've 4 pairs of flex and love them but the Ark leggings are a staple must have. Ordered 2 more pairs in your black Friday sale 50% off very nice and il absolutely be purchasing a couple more pairs of them 😊

Thankfully, I was able to purchase some items before it sold out. However, I was experiencing items in "my cart" being sold out at check out. I think if it was in my cart, then it should be mine, lol. I missed out on some items being sold out in my cart which held up my check out process. Any tips on what should I do in the future? Should I buy an item as I place them in my cart during intense launches? Don't get me wrong, I love the Gymshark products and the team! Just an honest question.

had the same issue - i think they need to implement a holding time when you add to cart to avoid it from being sold to someone else. Definitely just some constructive feedback for further improvements, but managed to get everything else! :D

I've read somewhere on Twitter, and it came from a verified Gymshark/Gymshark help account, that they've trialled this before and it causes them more issues than it gives solutions. So I guess they're not going to reserve things whilst it's in the cart. However, I have also read that even when people were putting down payment/shipment details their items have been snatched up and were apparently sold out. I'd understand if it were just in the cart but I think it should be temporarily reserved once they are through to the payment/shipment section.

Nostalgia. A year ago I have gotten 5-6 items during the 2017 blackout, now the 2018 blackout became different, heavy traffic and sometimes the website crashes as expected only got 2 items. Still support u guys for everything u had done to make the experience great.

Love watching the brand and company evolution, hats off! However what are your thoughts of the ecological impact of pushing free returns globally? Online shopping has a huge carbon footprint as it is, but to push mass shopping because there is zero risk is quite reckless. Also in the long term it can backfire economically - it can massively affect stock control and cash flow - a good example being Zalando in Germany which has returns over 70%

i have an idea for you really regarding the store. i think you could get spikes in profits on special and specific days by having exclusive offers/prices in a particular store say just one store in the country with your biggest customer reach and only open the stores like say the first Saturday or last of every month to give the feeling of rarity and exclusivity. look into it.
