Cool stuff. Opening a large scale kit can be shocking when you are used to a normal scale. And for your question .. I know I have gotten black Friday deals in the past, but I can't remember what they were, so I guess they were not terribly noteworthy. I did use a 10% off code this year on two used cameras from one of the large used camera dealers.

That sounds like a good deal to me. Hard to get discounts on used and we all need more camera gear sooner or later!
