Seems like the common theme here is to use more pressure. I always felt like more pressure would cause the disc to glaze quicker but I guess not. Love the deep dive. I can't wait to see all of the final results side by side. Keep up the amazing work. 👍

Have you tested grinding discs not flapper discs ? Like pipeline bead discs ?When I started in my career in the pipe trades all we had were 9 inch Black and Decker Wildcat ,or Milwaukee grinders 7" were the smallest..You are testing flapper/sanding discs,not grinding discs. So When are the 9" Grinding discs tests coming? The most used back on the pipeline ,was Bay state pipe liner disc. Do not misunderstand me ,I really love your ingenuity of how you test all kinds of stuff. Flap disc and grinding disc are 2 very different birds...
